| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу моделей взаимодействия университета и внешней среды, их изменению на основе расширения направлений и форм сотрудничества, поддержанию в актуальном состоянии в соответствии с изменениями целей и потребностей университета, запросов потребителей и иных заинтересованных сторон. Различные формы взаимодействия иллюстрируются на примере Гродненского государственного университета имени Янки Купалы: филиалы кафедр, базовые организации, координационные советы по подготовке кадров, кластеры. Установлена актуальность проектирования экосистемы университета как инновационной формы взаимодействия с внешней средой. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the analysis of models of interaction between the university and the external environment, their change based on the expansion of areas and forms of cooperation, maintaining them up to date in accordance with changes in the goals and needs of the university, the demands of consumers and other stakeholders. Various forms of interaction are illustrated by the example of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno: branches of departments, basic organizations, coordinating councils for training personnel, clusters. The relevance of designing a university ecosystem as an innovative form of interaction with the external environment is established. |
