| Abstract: | В статье общественное согласие представлено в качестве смыслообразующей основы феномена онтологической безопасности. Подчеркивается, что физическая безопасность, хоть и важна, но не является единственным приоритетом государства, стремящегося к сохранению своей идентичности в свете общенациональных ценностей. Предложено понятие нарративов общественного согласия в соответствии с Концепцией национальной безопасности, являющегося неотъемлемой составляющей национальных интересов Республики Беларусь. Акцентируется внимание на необходимости комплексного изучения и развития научного феномена онтологической безопасности для эффективной адаптации страны в условиях глобальной геополитической напряженности и отражения современных угроз. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the article, public consent is presented as the semantic basis of the phenomenon of ontological security. It is emphasized that physical security, although important, is not the only priority of a state striving to preserve its identity in the light of national values. The concept of narratives of public consent is proposed, according to the National Security Committee, which is an integral component of the national interests of the Republic of Belarus. The need for a comprehensive study and development of the scientific phenomenon of ontological security is emphasized in order to effectively adapt the country to global geopolitical tensions and reflect modern threats. |
