| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается трансформация процессов управления логистикой с использованием цифровых технологий. Описаны основные инновационные подходы, такие как искусственный интеллект, блокчейн, Интернет вещей (IoT) и большие данные, которые существенно влияют на оптимизацию логистических процессов. Рассматриваются сложности цифровой трансформации логистических процессов и исследуются их инструменты. Особое внимание уделяется преимуществам цифровых технологий, таким как повышение операционной эффективности, снижение затрат и улучшение прогнозирования спроса. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the transformation of logistics management processes using digital technologies. It describes the main innovative approaches, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and big data, which significantly influence the optimization of logistics processes. The pain points and challenges of digital transformation of logistics processes are considered and the tools for digital transformation of these processes are explored. Particular attention is paid to the benefits of digital technologies, such as increased operational efficiency, reduced costs and improved demand forecasting. |
