| Abstract: | Статья посвящена определению места страхования среди других методов управления риском. Приведена краткая история развития страхования. Рассмотрены теоретические и практические подходы к определению сбалансированного соотношения страхования и самострахования в организации, а также альтернативные методы управления рисками во взаимосвязи со страхованием. Обосновывается возможность количественной оценки человеческого капитала страховой организацией. Введено понятие неявного актива страховщика. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article examines the role of insurance within the broader spectrum of risk management techniques. It traces the historical evolution of insurance. The study explores theoretical and practical frameworks for determining an optimal balance between insurance and self-insurance in organization. Alternative risk mitigation techniques are analyzed in conjunction with insurance. The paper also addresses the potential for quantifying human capital by insurance companies. The concept of insurers tacit assets is introdsed. |
