Человеческий капитал выступает одним из предметов изучения в теории логистики как фундаментальный фактор, стимулирующий накопление производственного капитала и положительно влияющий на показатели экономического роста. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In all sociotechnical systems, including the production and logistics systems of companies, the human factor is involved as an active element. Let us demonstrate how the Soviet Encyclopedia interprets this concept: “Human factor is a concept used in socio-economic disciplines to characterize a complex of factors that have a decisive influence on the efficiency of social production and are associated with motivation, a value system, material and spiritual conditions of human existence”. |
