| Abstract: | Исследуются положения законодательства о банкротстве, которые изменили действовавшую ранее систему показателей и методику количественной оценки платежеспособности должника в целях признания его банкротом. Определено соотношение категорий «банкротство», «неплатежеспособность» и «несостоятельность» на основе анализа положений действующего законодательства. Проанализировано назначение и использование показателя степени риска наступления банкротства для определения конечного исхода дела. Обобщены значения экономических показателей, которые определяют степень риска наступления банкротства. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the provisions of bankruptcy legislation that have transformed the previous system of indicators and methodologies used to quantitatively assess a debtor’s solvency in bankruptcy proceedings. It analyzes the legal distinctions and interrelationships among the concepts of «bankruptcy», «insolvency», and «non-solvency» based on an evaluation of current legislative provisions. The article also outlines the purpose and application of the bankruptcy risk indicator in determining the final outcome of a case. Furthermore, it summarizes the key economic indicators that influence the assessment of bankruptcy risk. |
