| Abstract: | Различия в части экономической резильентности и степени достижения целей региональной политики Республики Беларусь требуют определения существенных факторов и особенностей пространственного развития страны. Выявляемые социально-экономические эффекты позволяют использовать парадигму социального капитала для концептуализации и эмпирического описания региональных аспектов социальной организации и ее влияния на экономический рост и общественное благосостояние. В статье рассмотрены некоторые теоретические вопросы влияния социального капитала на экономическое развитие территорий, описана методика построения интегрального показателя социального капитала региона посредством факторного анализа данных и произведена оценка авто- и межрегиональной динамики предложенного интегрального показателя, включая его наиболее значимые частные критерии. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The differences in the level of economic resilience and the degree of achievement of the objectives of regional policy of the Republic of Belarus require the ascertainment of significant factors and features of spatial development of country. Detected socio-economic effects allow using a paradigm of social capital to conceptualize and empirically describe the regional peculiarities of social organization and its impact on economic growth and social welfare. The paper considers some theoretical issues regarding the influence of social capital on the economic development of territories, describes a method for constructing an integral indicator of the social capital of the region by means of factor analysis of data, and assesses the dynamics of the proposed integral indicator, including its most significant particular criteria. |
