| Abstract: | В статье приведен пример формирования сценария стратегического развития региона. Даны пошаговые рекомендации, позволяющие выбрать требуемое для конкретного региона направление. Сделан упор на то, что при всей общности функций управления, стратегии содержат базовые элементы, на которые ориентируется руководство регионов. Как показывает практика, наиболее эффективными являются стратегии, которые ориентированы на уникальность региона, а также доминанты, определяющие его специализацию и перспективные направления развития. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article provides an example of forming a scenario for strategic development of a region. Step-by-step recommendations are given to help choose the direction required for a specific region. Emphasis is placed on the fact that, despite the commonality of management functions, strategies contain basic elements that regional leadership is guided by. As practice shows, the most effective strategies are those that focus on the uniqueness of the region, those dominants that determine its specialization and promising areas of development. |
