| Abstract: | С использованием показателя отношения внешнеторгового оборота товаров к ВВП анализируется уровень открытости национальной экономики Беларуси в сопоставлении с государствами ЕАЭС и ЕС; оценивается связь показателя с макроэкономическими параметрами развития. Делается вывод о необходимости учета фактора открытости экономики при планировании на уровне страны в целом, отдельных отраслей, регионов, предприятий. Для этих целей предлагается более широко использовать балансовый метод планирования, основанный на построении сетевой модели экономики. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Using the ratio of foreign trade turnover in goods to GDP, the level of openness of the national economy of Belarus is analyzed in comparison with the states of the EAEU and the EU; the relationship of the indicator with macroeconomic parameters of development is assessed. A conclusion is made about the need to take into account the factor of openness of the economy when planning at the level of the country as a whole, individual industries, regions, enterprises; for these purposes, it is proposed to use more widely the balance method of planning based on the construction of a network model of the economy. |
