| Abstract: | В связи с санкционными мерами на белорусскую металлургическую продукцию и внедрением системы технической модернизации оборудования, остро стал вопрос о кадровом обеспечении предприятий нашей страны. Именно молодые специалисты, обладающие эрудированностью, владеющие интернет-технологиями, способны сознательно и заинтересованно включиться в механизмы ускоренного экономического роста. На белорусских предприятиях существует «текучесть» молодых работников. В статье проводится анализ социальных проектов, влияющих на адаптацию молодых специалистов Открытого акционерного общества Белорусский металлургический завод – управляющая компания холдинга «Белорусская металлургическая компания». На основе анализа, сформулирована более продуктивная модель социальных проектов, сфокусированная на успешную адаптацию молодых кадров. Приводятся факты, влияющие на успешное внедрение данной модели на предприятия белорусской металлургии |
| Abstract (in another language): | In connection with the sanctions measures on Belarusian metallurgical products and the introduction of a system of technical modernization of equipment, the issue of staffing of enterprises in our country has become acute. It is young specialists with erudition and knowledge of Internet technologies who are able to consciously and interestedly engage in the mechanisms of accelerated economic growth. There is a "turnover" of young workers in Belarusian enterprises. The article analyzes the social projects affecting the adaptation of young specialists of the Open Joint Stock Company Belarusian Metallurgical Plant – the management company of the holding "Belarusian Metallurgical Company". Based on the analysis, a more productive model of social projects has been formulated, focused on the successful adaptation of young personnel. The facts influencing the successful implementation of this model at enterprises of the Belarusian metallurgy are presented |
