Также оценивается положение санкций в контексте фрагментации международного права, в особенности – в рамках права прав человека. Исследование позволяет взглянуть на проблему санкций с другого ракурса, но не теряет основной направленности: определить правомерность их применения в соответствии с современным международным правом | |
