| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается противоречия избирательной кампании в США, который проявился на выборах 2024 года, подобно ситуации, случившейся в 2020 году. Рассматривается процесс формирования федерального правительства в Соединенных Штатах, основанный на непрямых выборах и действии Коллегии выборщиков. Описываются три этапа выборов президента в США, подчеркивается важность голосования представителей Конгресса. Автор обращает внимание на старт предвыборной гонки в 2024 году, отмечая системные сбои в политике после выдвижения действующим президентом своей кандидатуры на второй срок. Статья позволяет понять сложность и важность избирательной системы в США, а также ее влияние на политическую ситуацию страны |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the constitutional crisis of the US election campaign, which manifested itself in the 2024 elections, similar to the situation that happened in 2020. The process of forming the federal government in the United States, based on indirect elections and the action of the Electoral College, is considered. The three stages of the presidential elections in the United States are described, and the importance of voting by congressional representatives is emphasized. The author draws attention to the start of the election race in 2024, noting systemic failures in politics after the current president nominated his candidacy for a second term. The article allows us to understand the complexity and importance of the electoral system in the United States, as well as its impact on the political situation of the country |
