| Abstract: | Статья анализирует роль информационно-коммуникационных технологий в оптимизации бизнес-процессов на предприятиях. Рассматривается важность интеграции информационных технологий с бизнес-стратегиями, а также необходимость создания эффективной информационной системы для принятия своевременных управленческих решений. Описываются основные виды информационно-коммуникационных технологий, такие как ERP и CRM, и их роль в повышении эффективности и снижении затрат. Также приводятся результаты исследований, подтверждающие положительное влияние цифровых технологий на производительность и конкурентоспособность |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the role of information and communication technologies in optimizing business processes at enterprises. The importance of integrating information technology with business strategies is considered, as well as the need to create an effective information system for making arbitrary management decisions. The main types of information and communication technologies, such as ERP and CRM, and their role in increasing efficiency and reducing costs are described. Research results confirming the positive impact of digital technologies on productivity and competitiveness are also presented |
