| Abstract: | Развитие сферы облачных инфокоммуникационных услуг опережает их количественное измерение в интересах обоснования управленческих решений. Объект исследования – статистические показатели цифровой экономики. Цель исследования – выявление статистических закономерностей, позволяющих провести сравнительную оценку региональных ресурсов сферы облачных инфокоммуникационных услуг в интересах формирования направлений их развития. Обоснован выбор статистических показателей, характеризующих наличие инфраструктурных, кадровых и финансовых ресурсов. Впервые выявлена положительная линейная зависимость между показателями инфраструктурных и кадровых ресурсов и построена типология регионов для обоснования стратегических направлений развития ресурсного потенциала инфокоммуникационной сферы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The development of the cloud services sphere is ahead of their quantitative measurement, which is necessary for the correct justification of management decisions on the development of the digital economy. The object of the study is statistical approaches to measuring the level of development of the digital economy. The purpose of the study is to identify statistical patterns that allow for a comparative assessment of regional resources in the cloud services sphere in the interests of forming directions for their development. The choice of statistical indicators characterizing the availability of infrastructure, human resources and financial resources is substantiated. For the first time, a positive linear relationship was revealed between the indicators of infrastructure and human resources and a typology of regions was built to substantiate strategic directions for the development of the resource potential of the cloud sphere |
