| Abstract: | Предприятия отрасли машиностроения в настоящий момент сталкиваются с тем, что большинство операций выполняются вручную, несмотря на существования различных цифровых инструментов. Это приводит к усилению рисков срывов сроков выполнения и отгрузки продукции, несоответствия заявленному качеству. Автором выявлены текущие ограничения в процессе управления закупочной деятельностью машиностроительной организации на примере АО «Силовые Машины», предложены решения выявленных проблем с применением цифровых инструментов, апробирована модель управления цепями поставок машиностроительной организации в контексте цифровой трансформации, разработаны подходы к автоматизации закупочной деятельности организаций отрасли машиностроения на базе апробированных предложений, выявлены эффекты от внедрения предложенных цифровых инструментов |
| Abstract (in another language): | Mechanical engineering companies are now faced with the fact that most operations are performed manually, despite the existence of various digital tools. This leads to an increased risk of failure to meet the deadlines for the fulfilment and shipment of products, inconsistency with the declared quality. The author have identified the current limitations in the process of management of procurement activities of machine-building organisation on the example of Power Machines JSC, proposed solutions to the identified problems using digital tools, tested the model of supply chain management of machine-building organization in the context of digital transformation, developed approaches to automation of procurement activities of machine-building organisations on the basis of the tested proposals, identified the effects of implementation of the proposed digital tools |
