| dc.description.abstract | Настоящая статья актуализирует важность работы над формированием межкультурной компетентности студентов на основе анализа Концепции развития системы образования Республики Беларусь до 2030 года, а также обновлённых образовательных стандартов для специалистов международного профиля. Рассмотрено понятие межкультурной компетентности, выделены её основные компоненты. В статье акцентируется важность предмета «Иностранный язык» в формировании многоязычной поликультурной личности, готовой к осуществлению эффективной профессиональной коммуникации в межкультурной среде. Приводится опыт работы кафедры английского языка международной профессиональной деятельности факультета международных отношений БГУ над формированием межкультурной компетентности студентов международного профиля.
