| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается национальные экономические интересы Республики Беларусь в отношении Северного Морского Пути, связанные с торговлей со странами Восточной и Юго-Восточной Азии, стратегические интересы Республики Беларусь в виде выхода к океаническим незамерзающим портам. Кратко рассматриваются политики основных арктических и «приарктических» государств: Россия, КНР, Канада, США, Япония. Дается историческая и экономическая справка о возможностях Севморпути, а также приводятся оценки зарубежных и русскоязычных экспертов в отношении будущего данной международной коммуникации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the national economic interests of the Republic of Belarus in relation to the Northern Sea Route, which concerns the mutual trade between Belarus and the countries of East and Southeast Asia, as well as the strategic interests of the Republic of Belarus of accessing the oceanic ice-free ports. The policies of the main Arctic and “sub-Arctic” states are briefly reviewed: Russia, China, Canada, USA, Japan. Historical and economic information about the possibilities of the Northern Sea Route is given, as well as assessments of foreign and Russian-speaking experts regarding the future of this international transport communication |
