| Abstract: | У сучасным міжнародным гандлі адным з ключавых аспектаў з’яўляецца менавіта інтэлектуальная ўласнасць. Эфектыўнасць і ўзгодненасць сістэмы яе абароны – гэта паказчык паспяховай дзейнасці мытных органаў і дзяржавы (альбо саюза дзяржаў). Правапрымяняльныя меры і іх вынікі ў сферы інтэлектуальнай уласнасці сталі важным аспектам для эфектыўнай абароны правоў спажыўцоў і вытворцаў, а іх міжнародны характар сведчыць пра неабходнасць прадухілення парушэнняў правоў на аб’екты інтэлектуальнай уласнасці. У дадзеным артыкуле разглядаюцца правапрымяняльныя практыкі як Кітайскай Народнай Рэспублікі, так і Еўрапейскага саюза з мэтай паказаць іх паспяховасць і магчымае прымяненне ў будучыні у дзяржавах-членах Еўразійскага эканамічнага саюза |
| Abstract (in another language): | One of the key aspects of modern international trade is intellectual property. The effectiveness and coherence of the system of its protection is an indicator of the success of customs authorities and the government (or an alliance). Enforcement measures and their results in the field of intellectual property have become an important aspect for the effective protection of the rights of consumers and producers, and their international character demonstrates the need to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights. This article examines the enforcement practices of both the People's Republic of China and the European Union in order to demonstrate their effectiveness and possible future application in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union |
