| Abstract: | В современных экономических реалиях управление трудовыми ресурсами требует разработки институционального механизма регулирования социально-трудовых отношений. Это обусловлено тем, что переход к инновационному развитию, цифровизации экономики невозможен без развития человеческих ресурсов. Рост проблем кадрового обеспечения организаций квалифицированными работниками также свидетельствуют о необходимости развития действующей системы по управлению кадрами. Актуальность исследования определяется высокой значимостью институционального регулирования социально-трудовых отношений в Республике Беларусь, направленного на развитие сферы труда, экономики Беларуси |
| Abstract (in another language): | In modern economic realities, labor management requires the development of an institutional mechanism for regulating social and labor relations. This is due to the fact that the transition to innovative development and digitalization of the economy is impossible without the development of human resources. The growing problems of staffing organizations with qualified workers also indicate the need to develop an existing system of personnel management. The relevance of the study is determined by the high importance of institutional regulation of social and labor relations in the Republic of Belarus, aimed at developing the labor sphere and the economy of Belarus |
