| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается трансформация отношения к труду в современном мире, где традиционные представления о работе как способе материального обеспечения дополняются такими ценностями, как самореализация, гибкость и смысл деятельности. Особое внимание уделяется мотивации труда и факторам, влияющим на выбор работы современным поколением, выросшим в эпоху цифровизации и глобализации. На основе анализа результатов опроса населения Беларуси, студентов БГУ и молодых сотрудников компании по производству снеков описываются ключевые ценности и ожидания молодежи в отношении работы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the transformation of attitudes to work in the modern world, where traditional views of work as a means of material provision are complemented by such values as self-realization, flexibility, and the meaning of activity. Special attention is given to labor motivation and the factors influencing the choice of work by the contemporary generation, which has grown up in the era of digitalization and globalization. Based on the analysis of survey results from the population of Belarus, students of Belarusian State University (BSU), and young employees of a snack manufacturing company the key values and expectations of youth regarding work are described |
