| Abstract: | Статья посвящена развитию платформ цифрового заимствования. Развитие финансовых технологий способствует дезинтермедиации и позволяет предоставлять финансовые услуги напрямую потребителям. Рассмотрены примеры платформ цифрового заимствования, которые устраняют необходимость в традиционных посредниках. В статье обозначены риски, обусловленные отсутствием регулирования процентных ставок и арбитражных процедур на платформах онлайн-заимствования в Беларуси. Сделан вывод о необходимости усиления контроля над эмитентами долговых токенов и введения требований к капиталу, залоговому обеспечению и раскрытию информации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article focuses on the development of digital lending platforms. The advancement of financial technologies promotes disintermediation and enables the provision of financial services directly to consumers. Examples of digital lending platforms are examined, which eliminate the need for traditional intermediaries. The article highlights the risks associated with the lack of regulation of interest rates and arbitration procedures on online lending platforms in Belarus. It concludes that there is a need to strengthen control over issuers of debt tokens and introduce requirements for capital, collateral, and information disclosure |
