| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу монетаристской политики и её реализации через международные инициативы, такие как «Альянс за финансовую доступность» (AFI). Автор критически рассматривает методы AFI достижения финансовой доступности, выделяя четыре модели координации: мандатную, консультативную, принятия решений и партнерства. Особое внимание уделяется роли международных монетарных властей в навязывании своей политики развивающимся государствам, что ограничивает их национальный суверенитет в финансовой сфере. На примере Республики Беларусь показано, как страна адаптирует рекомендации AFI в своих интересах. В Беларуси акцент сделан на повышении финансовой грамотности населения и развитии базовых финансовых услуг, что позволяет минимизировать риски зависимости от международных финансовых организаций |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes monetarist policy and its implementation through international initiatives such as the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI). The author critically examines AFI's methods for achieving financial inclusion, highlighting four coordination models: mandate-based, consultative, decision-making, and partnership. Special attention is paid to the role of international monetary authorities in imposing their policies on developing states, which limits their national sovereignty in the financial sector. Using the Republic of Belarus as an example, the article demonstrates how the country adapts AFI's recommendations to its own interests. In Belarus, the focus is on improving financial literacy and developing basic financial services, which helps minimize the risks of dependence on international financial organizations |
