| Abstract: | В работе исследуются общие и частные особенности белорусского машиностроения, их влияние на специфику экономической модернизации. Сделан вывод, что для экономической модернизации отечественного машиностроения сегодня характерны: приоритет не точечной, а комплексной модернизации; долгосрочность инвестиций; участие государства как источника инвестиций, льгот, субсидий, результатов НИОКР и др.; расширение использования роботов, действующих в пределах материально-технической и (или) виртуально-информационной среды, как технологическая основа модернизации; структурные кадровые трансформации; цифровизация; приоритет импортозамещения и обеспечения технологического суверенитета; учет производственного потенциала регионального объединения; анализ потребности и зависимость от новых критических ресурсов модернизации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The paper examines general and specific features of the Belarusian mechanical engineering and their impact on the specificity of economic modernization. It is concluded that the following are characteristic of modern economic modernization of mechanical engineering: priority of not targeted, but comprehensive modernization; long-term investments; participation of the state as a source of investments, benefits, subsidies, R & D results, etc.; expanded use of robots operating within the material and technical and (or) virtual information environment as a technological basis for modernization; structural personnel transformations; digitalization; priority of import substitution and ensuring technological sovereignty; taking into account the production potential of the regional association; analysis of the need and dependence on new critical modernization resources |
