| Abstract: | В статье раскрыта ведущая роль науки и научной деятельности в развитии инновационной экономики и обеспечении экономической безопасности страны. По результатам контент-анализа нормативно-правовых документов и созданных в Республике Беларусь экономических условий сделан вывод об укреплении взаимосвязи результативности научной деятельности и создаваемыми в стране институциональными условиями ее поддержки на государственном уровне. Предложены основные направления для повышения экономической безопасности Республики Беларусь в научно-технологической сфере с учетом фактов организационной эффективности регулирования научной сферы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the leading role of science and scientific activity in the development of an innovative economy and ensuring the economic security of the country. Based on the results of the content analysis of regulatory and legal documents and the economic conditions created in the Republic of Belarus, it is concluded that the relationship between the effectiveness of scientific activity and the institutional conditions created in the country for its support at the state level is strengthening. The main directions for improving the economic security of the Republic of Belarus in the scientific and technological sphere are proposed, taking into account the facts of organizational effectiveness of regulation of the scientific sphere |
