| Abstract: | В статье на основе анализа архивных источников, официальных документов и исторической литературы прослеживается генезис формирования границы между Беларусью и Украиной в исторической ретроспективе. Выделены ключевые исторические этапы, связанные с определением, закреплением, изменением границ в условиях становления белорусской и украинской национальной государственности в 1917–1922 гг., а также в составе СССР (1922–1991 гг.). Сделан вывод, что, несмотря на историческую и культурную близость народов, вопрос о пограничных территориях до 1991 г. оставался сложным и противоречивым во взаимоотношениях двух государств. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article, based on the analysis of archival sources, official documents and historical literature, traces the genesis of the formation of the border between Belarus and Ukraine in historical retrospect. The key historical stages associated with the definition, consolidation, and change of borders in the context of the formation of Belarusian and Ukrainian national statehood in 1917–1922, as well as within the USSR (1922–1991) are highlighted. It was concluded that despite the historical and cultural closeness of the peoples, the issue of border territories remained complex and controversial in the relations between the two states until 1991. |
