Abstract:	В работе рассмотрены теория создания web-атласа «Изучение Земли из космоса» и процесс создания макета страниц данного картографического произведения. Установлены и изучены этапы создания web-карт, формирования web-атласа и требования к нему. Осуществлён процесс разработки списка карт в атласе. Проведено описание работы по созданию макета страниц и компоновки карт
Abstract (in another language):	The paper deals with the theory of creating web-atlas "Studying the Earth from Space" and the process of creating the page layout of this cartographic work. The stages of web-maps creation, web-atlas formation and requirements to it are established and studied. The process of developing the list of maps in the atlas has been realized. The description of the work of creating the layout of pages and the layout of maps is carried out
