| Abstract: | У артыкуле аналізуецца асабісты досвед удзелу аўтара ў знешнепалітычных дыскусіях з расійскімі навукоўцамі ў 1990—1991 гг. Асаблівасцю аўтарскай метадалогіі з’яўляецца ўзаемасувязь аналізу ўнутры- і знешнепалітычных падзей і працэсаў пачатку 1990-х гг. з асабістым досведам іх удзельніка, назіральніка і даследчыка. Разглядаюцца вынікі ўдзелу аўтара ў навуковых семінарах Інстытута Еўропы АН СССР, прысвечаных абмеркаванню актуальных пытанняў міжнародных адносін і знешняй палітыкі суверэнных дзяржаў. У цэнтры абмеркавання знаходзіліся ўзаемаадносіны паміж саюзнымі рэспублікамі і Цэнтрам, будучыня СССР як федэрацыі/канфедэрацыі і як адзінай ядзернай дзяржавы, адносіны саюзных рэспублік са знешнім светам. | Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the author’s personal experience of participation in foreign policy discussions with Russian scientists in 1990—1991. A feature of the author’s methodology is the relationship between the analysis of domestic and foreign policy events and processes of the early 1990s with the personal experience of their participant, observer and researcher. The results of the author’s participation in scientific seminars of the Institute of Europe of the USSR Academy of Sciences, devoted to the discussion of current issues of international relations and foreign policy of sovereign states, are considered. The discussion focused on the relationship between the Union republics and the Center, the future of the USSR as a federation/confederation and as a single nuclear state, and the relations of the Union republics with the outside world. Based on the results of foreign policy discussions with Russian colleagues, an analytical note was sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs P. Kravchenko in January 1992, the contents of which are disclosed in the article |
