| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены направления работы стран евразийского региона в сфере развития регуляторной основы реализации проектов устойчивого развития и ESG-финансирования. Выделены меры центральных (национальных) банков — участников Евразийского совета центральных банков (ЕСБ) по направлению ESG, дана оценка уровня вовлеченности этих стран, схожести практик и регулирования, расхождения и сдерживающие развитие сектора устойчивого финансирования факторы. Определены приоритетные направления гармонизации таксономий и подходов, а также наднациональные меры |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article explores the areas of activities of the Eurasian countries in the development of a regulatory framework for the implementation of sustainable development projects and ESG financing. The measures of central (national) banks — members of the Eurasian Council of Central Banks (ECB) in the ESG direction are highlighted, an assessment is given of the level of involvement of these countries, the similarity of practices and regulation, discrepancies and factors hindering the development of the sustainable finance sector. Priority areas for the harmonization of taxonomies and approaches, as well as supranational measures, are determined |
