| Abstract: | В статье раскрываются основные аспекты правового регулирования оборота виртуальных активов в Беларуси и некоторых других странах, содержатся предложения практического характера, направленные на безопасность и стабильность криптовалютного рынка в Беларуси и улучшить его интеграцию в международную экономическую систему. Правовое регулирование криптовалют остается динамичной и развивающейся областью, которая требует от государств предусмотрительности и гибкости, чтобы сбалансировать между инновациями и рисками. Мировая практика регулирования криптовалют значительно варьируется. Сравнивая подходы разных стран к регулированию криптовалют, можно заметить, что Беларусь выбрала направление активного стимулирования развития криптопространства. Вместе с тем вопросы правового регулирования криптовалют требуют продуманного подхода со стороны государственных органов Республики Беларусь и других стран. Только сбалансированное регулирование сможет обеспечить защиту интересов участников рынка и, одновременно, развитие новых технологий |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the main aspects of the legal regulation of virtual assets turnover in Belarus and some other countries, and contains practical proposals aimed at the security and stability of the cryptocurrency market in Belarus and improving its integration into the international economic system. The legal regulation of cryptocurrencies remains a dynamic and evolving area that requires states to be prudent and flexible in order to balance innovation and risk. Global cryptocurrency regulatory practices vary widely. Comparing the approaches of different countries to the regulation of cryptocurrencies, it can be seen that Belarus has chosen the direction of actively stimulating the development of the crypto space. At the same time, the issues of legal regulation of cryptocurrencies require a thoughtful approach on the part of the state authorities of the Republic of Belarus and other countries. Only balanced regulation will be able to ensure the protection of market participants' interests and, at the same time, the development of new technologies |
