dc.description.abstract	В последнее время Китай динамично развивает сотрудничество со странами АСЕАН по многим направлениям, в том числе активно развивается область «синей экономики». В статье рассмотрена сущность понятия «синей экономики», проанализировано состояние развития «синей экономики» в Китае и Ассоциации государств Юго-Восточной Азии (АСЕАН), выявлены собственности развития сотрудничества двух сторон в области «синей экономики» и факторы, препятствующие расширению их сотрудничества в данной области, а также определены основные направления дальнейшего сотрудничества. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена возможностью использования сформулированных предложений для дальнейшего изучения возможностей сотрудничества Китая и стран АСЕАН

dc.description.alternative	In recent years, China has been actively developing cooperation with ASEAN countries in many areas, including the substantial advancement of the «blue economy». This article examines the essence of the concept of «blue economy», analyzes its developmental status in China and ASEAN, identifies the characteristics of bilateral cooperation in this field, and elucidates the factors impeding the expansion of their cooperation in this field, as well as delineates the primary avenues for future cooperation. The practical significance of this research lies in the potential application of the formulated proposals to further explore the possibilities of cooperation between China and ASEAN countries
