| Abstract: | Статья посвящена обзору деятельности молодежной платформы для стран ШОС SCOLAR Network, и в частности — ее филиала в г. Минске, открытом в 2024 г. на базе факультета международных отношений Белорусского государственного университета. Активность платформы и ее филиала в г. Минске ориентирована на развитие международной кооперации в сфере образования, культуры и социального предпринимательства в странах Шанхайской организации сотрудничества. Деятельность минского филиала — первого в Беларуси — рассматривается в контексте реализации основных направлений молодежной политики Республики Беларусь, закрепленных в национальных нормативно-правовых актах, и недавнего присоединения Беларуси к ШОС в качестве официального члена |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to an overview of the activities of the SCO Countries Youth Platform SCOLAR Network, and in particular its Minsk hub, opened in 2024 on the basis of the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University. The activities of the platform and its hub in Minsk are aimed at developing international cooperation in the field of education, culture and social entrepreneurship in the countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The activities of the Minsk hub — the first in Belarus — are considered in the context of the implementation of the main directions of the youth policy of the Republic of Belarus, enshrined in national regulatory legal acts, and the recent accession of Belarus to the SCO as an official member |
