| Abstract: | В статье раскрыты причины возникновения внутрибольничных инфекций и рассмотрены механизмы передачи, описаны этиологическая структура и основные возбудители. Установлено, что в 2012-2019 годы погодовые темпы прироста заболеваемости внутрибольничными инфекциями жителей города Могилева и Могилевского района показали спад уровня заражения внутрибольничными инфекциями. На этом фоне ежегодный темп прироста заболеваемости гнойно-септическими инфекциями у жителей года Могилева и Могилевского района за 2012-2019 годы показывает нестабильную динамику с подъемом уровня заболеваемости в 2015, 2017 и особенно в 2019 годах |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the causes of nosocomial infections and considers the mechanisms of transmission, describes the etiological structure and the main pathogens. It has been established that in 2012-2019, the annual growth rate of the incidence of nosocomial infections among residents of the city of Mogilev and the Mogilev district showed a decline in the level of nosocomial infections. Against this background, the annual growth rate of the incidence of purulent-septic infections among residents of Mogilev and Mogilev district for 2012-2019 shows unstable dynamics with an increase in the incidence rate in 2015, 2017 and especially in 2019 |
