| Abstract: | Цель работы: изучить поведенческую активность мышей линии С57Bl/6, находящихся в условиях моделирования некоторых факторов космического полета. Установлено, что реакция мышей линии C57Bl/6 на воздействие исследуемых факторов в тесте «Приподнятый крестообразный лабиринт» зависит от пола животных. У самок группы «Иммобилизация» уровень тревожности перед новой аверсивной средой был снижен, а у самцов сохранялся на высоком уровне. У мышей-самок в группах после воздействия рентгеновского излучения уровень тревожности был повышен по сравнению с соответствующими значениями в группе «Иммобилизация». У самцов мышей линии C57Bl/6 фракционированное рентгеновское облучение в дозе 30 сГр/сутки вызывает развитие более высокого уровня тревожности и психоэмоциональной напряженности в тесте «ПКЛ» по сравнению с самцами, облученными в дозе 15 сГр/сутки |
| Abstract (in another language): | Purpose of the work: to study the behavioral activity of C57Bl/6 mice under conditions of modeling some factors of space flight. It was established that the reaction of C57Bl/6 mice to the influence of the studied factors in the “Elevated Plus Maze” test depends on the sex of the animals. The level of anxiety in front of a new aversive environment was reduced in female mice from the “Immobilization” group, while it remained at a high level in male mice. The level of anxiety was increased in female mice in the groups after exposure to X-ray radiation compared to the corresponding values in the “Immobilization” group. Fractionated X-ray irradiation at a dose of 30 sGy/day causes male C57Bl/6 mice to develop a higher level of anxiety and psycho-emotional tension in the EPM-test compared to males irradiated at a dose of 15 sGy/day |
