| Abstract: | Сахарный диабет является одной из важнейших медико-социальных проблем современного мира. В ходе исследования проведен анализ заболеваемости сахарным диабетом населения г. Минска за период 2015-2022 гг. Установлена тенденция к увеличению, как общей, так и первичной заболеваемости населения города Минска во всех возрастных группах. Наибольшие показатели заболеваемости СД 2 типа отмечаются у взрослого населения, а СД 1 типа у детей и подростков. Рост заболеваемости сахарным диабетом в Республике Беларусь, как и во все мире, ставит перед системой здравоохранения республики ряд важных вопросов, в том числе: точная и своевременная диагностика, организация адекватной медицинской помощи, обеспечение жизненно важными лекарственными средствами, профилактика развития осложнений |
| Abstract (in another language): | Diabetes mellitus is one of the most important medical and social problems of the modern world. The study analyzed the incidence of diabetes mellitus in the population of Minsk for the period 2015-2022. There is a tendency to increase both the general and primary morbidity of the population of Minsk in all age groups. The highest incidence rates of type 2 diabetes are observed in adults, and type 1 diabetes in children and adolescents. The increase in the incidence of diabetes mellitus in the Republic of Belarus, as in the rest of the world, poses a number of important issues to the healthcare system of the republic, including: accurate and timely diagnosis, organization of adequate medical care, provision of vital medicines, prevention of complications |
