| Abstract: | Обсуждаются половые и возрастные различия в тактиках разрешения родительско-детского конфликта в китайских и белорусских семьях. Устанавливается, что под влиянием конфуцианской культуры поведение китайских родителей, прибегающих к насильственным тактикам разрешения конфликта, является приемлемым. Определяется, что для белорусских семей характерны относительно эгалитарные отношения, гибкость в регулировании проблем, тесная межпоколенная связь и открытое выражение эмоций, что повлияло на выбор белорусскими родителями неагрессивных методов для разрешения конфликта с детьми независимо от их возраста. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Gender and age differences in parent-child conflict resolution tactics in Chinese and Belarusian families are discussed. It is established that under the influence of Confucian culture the behaviour of Chinese parents resorting to violent tactics of conflict resolution is acceptable. It is determined that Belarusian families are characterised by a relatively ega litarian relationship, flexibility in problem solving, close intergenerational communication and open expression of emotions, which influenced Belarusian parents to choose non-aggressive methods to resolve conflict with their children regardless of their age. |
