| dc.description.abstract | В статье представлен комплексный обзор приоритетов и основных компонентов стратегии развития высшего образования в Республике Беларусь. На основе ряда нормативных документов, регулирующих деятельность учреждений высшего образования, в первую очередь Кодекса Республики Беларусь об образовании и Общегосударственного классификатора Республики Беларусь ОКРБ 011-2022, проанализированы компоненты, структура, особенности нового поколения образовательных стандартов в системе высшего образования. Акцентируется внимание на возможности оптимизации подходов в получении высшего образования, а именно на сокращении сроков получения высшего образования путем интеграции образовательных программ высшего и среднего специального образования, а также путем создания центров компетенций при университетах. | ru |

| dc.description.alternative | The article presents a comprehensive review of the priorities and main components of the strategy for the development of higher education in the Republic of Belarus. Based on a number of regulatory documents governing the activities of higher education institutions, primarily the Education Code and the General State Classifier of the Republic of Belarus OKRB 011-2022, the components, structure, and features of the new generation of educational standards in the higher education system are analyzed. The article focuses on the possibility of optimizing approaches to obtaining higher education, namely, reducing the time frame for obtaining higher education by integrating educational programs of higher and secondary specialized education, as well as by creating competence centers at universities. | ru |
