| Abstract: | В статье проанализированы действия отдельных представителей интеллигенции Литвы по разжиганию ирредентистских настроений в Островецком районе БССР в конце 1980-х – начале 1990-х гг. Основу источниковой базы работы составили документы Государственного архива общественных объединений Гродненской области, материалы региональной прессы. Актуальность статьи обусловлена важностью своевременного пресечения попыток деструктивной политизации этничности, которые могут предприниматься недружественными государствами |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the actions of individual representatives of the Lithuanian intelligentsia to incite irredentist sentiments in the Ostrovets district of the BSSR in the late 1980s – early 1990s. The source base of the work consists of documents from the State Archive of Public Associations of the Grodno Region and materials from the regional press. The relevance of the article is due to the importance of timely suppression of attempts at destructive politicization of ethnicity that may be undertaken by unfriendly states |
