| Abstract: | В статье анализируется проблема существования теневой экономики в сфере природопользования. Рассмотрены положительные и отрицательные аспекты теневой экономики. Выявлено, как теневая экономика поддерживает стабильность легальной экономики в период рецессии. Проанализированы современные тенденции нелегальной деятельности в сфере природопользования. Обосновано утверждение об превалировании отрицательных эффектов теневой деятельности над положительными в сфере природопользования |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the problem of the existence of a shadow economy in the field of environmental management. The positive and negative aspects of the shadow economy are considered. It is revealed how the shadow economy maintains the stability of the legal economy during the recession. The current trends of illegal activities in the field of environmental management are analyzed. The statement about the prevalence of negative effects of the shadow economy over positive ones in the field of environmental management is substantiated |
