| Abstract: | В научной статье обсуждаются цели, принципы, инструменты и направления развития методологии оценки риска банков в системе гарантированного возмещения депозитов Республики Беларусь. Автор рассматривает организационные и экономические аспекты методологического подхода. Обозначены роли центрального банка и страховщика депозитов в разработке и реализации данной методологии. Показано, что применение методологии способствует как формированию резерва для возмещения депозитов, так и сдерживанию рискового поведения банков |
| Abstract (in another language): | The scientific article discusses the goals, principles, tools and directions of developing the methodology for risk assessment of banks in the deposit guarantee system of the Republic of Belarus. The author deals with the organizational and economic aspects of the methodology approach. The roles of the central bank and deposit insurer in the development and implementation of this methodology are outlined. It is shown that the application of the methodology contributes to both the formation of a reserve for the compensation of deposits and the containment of risky behavior of banks |
