| Abstract: | Энергосбережение – один из основополагающих факторов устойчивого развития как отдельных отраслей, так и национальной экономики в целом. Применение инструментов цифровизации и информатизации позволит более эффективно исследовать процессы эксплуатации современного жилого фонда в Республике Беларусь и разработать компьютерную имитационную модель для подбора параметров экономической и энергетической эффективности элементов несущих и ограждающих конструкций и инженерных сетей жилых зданий. В данной статье определены три важнейших направления совершенствования организационно-экономической структуры и технологической модели (регламента) проведения капитального ремонта и тепловой модернизации жилых домов для увеличения эксплуатационной надежности и энергоэффективности многоквартирных домов |
| Abstract (in another language): | Energy conservation is one of the fundamental factors of sustainable development of both individual industries and the national economy as a whole. The use of digitalization and informatization tools will make it possible to more effectively investigate the processes of operation of modern housing stock in the Republic of Belarus and develop a computer simulation model for the selection of parameters of economic and energy efficiency of elements of load-bearing and enclosing structures and engineering networks of residential buildings. This article identifies three major areas of improvement of the organizational and economic structure and technological model (regulations) of capital repairs and thermal modernization of residential buildings to increase the operational reliability and energy efficiency of apartment buildings |
