| Abstract: | Будущее и развитие энергетического сектора является одной из важнейших проблем как внутренней, так и мировой политики. Увеличение использования возобновляемых источников энергии связано с новыми правовыми условиями, связанными с защитой окружающей среды. Эти изменения требуют разработки новой энергетической стратегии с учетом лимитов выбросов парниковых газов. В Беларуси разработан ряд важных документов, влияющих на структуру энергетического баланса страны. Беларусь взяла направление на увеличение доли энергии из возобновляемых источников в валовом конечном потреблении энергии. В статье представлены текущее потребление энергии в мире и в стране, правовые условия, учитываемые при формировании энергетического баланса, и прогнозы на спрос возобновляемой энергии |
| Abstract (in another language): | The future and development of the energy sector is one of the most important issues of both domestic and world politics. The increase in the use of renewable energy sources is associated with new legal conditions related to the protection of the environment. These changes require the development of a new energy strategy, taking into account greenhouse gas emission limits. Belarus has developed a number of important documents that affect the structure of the country’s energy balance. Belarus has taken the direction of increasing the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final energy consumption. The article presents the current energy consumption in the world and in the country, the legal conditions taken into account when forming the energy balance, and forecasts for the demand for renewable energy |
