| Abstract: | В данной статье рассмотрено обращение с отходами калийных производств в Республике Беларусь на примере ОАО «Беларуськалий». Проанализирована динамика образования отходов переработки руды первого рудоуправления за последние 5 лет. В 2022 году образование данных отходов резко снизилось, за счет уменьшения объемов добычи. Рассмотрено применение системы селективной разработки с закладкой галита в выработанное пространство лав. Определено, что эффективность этого метода за последние годы повысилась, что связано с улучшением качества руды, снижением просадки земных пород. В то же время метод имеет ряд недостатков таких как сложная организация труда, связанная с разделением выемки сильвинитовых и галитовых слоев. А также этот метод добычи требует определенных технических решений и оборудования, что делает себестоимость метода более высокой. С увеличением глубины добычи применение метода затрудняется, так как из-за повышенного давления увеличивается вероятность возникновения неисправностей оборудования |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article considers the content of waste management of potash production in the Republic of Belarus on the example of JSC Belaruskali. The dynamics of the generation of ore processing waste of the first production unit over the past five years is considered. In 2022, the generation of these wastes decreased, due to a decrease in potash ore production. The application of a selective development system with the laying of halite in the developed space is considered. It is determined that the effectiveness of this method has increased in recent years, which is associated with an improvement in the quality of ore, a decrease in land subsidence. At the same time, the method has a number of disadvantages, such as the complex organization of labor associated with the separation of the excavation of silvinite and halite layers. And also this method of extraction requires certain technical solutions and equipment, which makes the cost of the method higher. With an increase in the depth of production, the application of the method becomes more difficult, since due to increased pressure, the probability of equipment malfunctions increases |
