| Abstract: | Многочисленные современные исследования тиреоидной патологии наглядно демонстрируют особую актуальность проблем данной области во многих странах мира. Возникновение патологии обязательно предусматривает влияние определенных факторов, имеющих как медицинские, медико-социальные, так и территориальные, экологические особенности. По результатам проведенного анализа у взрослого населения на территории Республики Беларусь за период 2010–2020 гг. установлено снижение заболеваемости диффузным нетоксическим зобом на 29,9 %, а также повышение частоты заболеваний узловым эутиреоидным зобом на 65,4 % в 2020 г., относительно 2010 г. Определено повышение на 10,9 %, общей заболеваемости населения Брестской области за период 2015–2020 гг., при увеличении уровня заболеваемости щитовидной железы в 2,6 раза. Установлено, что заболеваемость тиреотоксикозом с диффузным зобом увеличилась до 111,2 %, приобретенным гипотиреозом – на 13,6 % |
| Abstract (in another language): | Numerous modern studies of thyroid pathology clearly demonstrate the particular relevance of the problems of this area in many countries of the world. The emergence of pathology necessarily involves the influence of certain factors that have both medical, medical and social, as well as territorial, environmental features. According to the results of the analysis, a decrease in the incidence of diffuse non-toxic goiter in the adult population on the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the period 2010–2020 was established by 29.9 %, an increase in the incidence of nodular euthyroid goiter by 65.4 % in 2020 relative to 2010. An increase in the overall incidence in the period 2015–2020 was determined in the population of the Brest region. By 10.9 %, with an increase in the incidence of the thyroid gland by 2.6 times. It has been established that the incidence of thyrotoxicosis with diffuse goiter increases to 111.2 %, with acquired hypothyroidism – to 13.6 % |
