| Abstract: | В последние десятилетия во многих странах отмечается рост врожденных пороков развития (ВПР), обуславливающих высокую перинатальную и младенческую заболеваемость и смертность. Ведущей причиной детской заболеваемости и смертности в Беларуси является врожденная и наследственная патология. Согласно данным ВОЗ ежегодно более 800 детей признаются инвалидами в связи с ВПР. В настоящее время представляет актуальность оценка наиболее информативных факторов риска развития ВПР ЦНС, в частности дефектов нервной трубки, позволяющих прогнозировать вероятность данной патологии для разработки своевременных направленных профилактических мероприятий |
| Abstract (in another language): | In recent decades, in many countries there has been an increase in congenital malformations (CMD), causing high perinatal and infant morbidity and mortality. The leading cause of childhood morbidity and mortality in Belarus is congenital and hereditary pathology. According to the WHO, more than 800 children are recognized as disabled every year due to congenital malformations. At present, the assessment of the most informative risk factors for the development of CNS congenital malformations, in particular neural tube defects, is of relevance, which makes it possible to predict the likelihood of this pathology in order to develop timely targeted preventive measures |
