| Abstract: | Изучена эффективность и своевременность проведения лабораторной диагностики вирусного иммунодефицита кошек в зависимости от выраженности клинических признаков заболевания. Установлено, что наиболее частыми клиническими признаками на разных этапах развития FIV инфекции являются признаки поражения слизистой оболочки глаз и верхних дыхательных путей, а также можно сделать заключение о том, что использование методов лабораторной диагностики, особенно ПЦР анализа позволяет с высокой точностью определять наличие вируса не только при наличии выраженной клинической картины заболевания, но может служить эффективным средством доназальной диагностики FIV инфекции |
| Abstract (in another language): | The effectiveness and timeliness of laboratory diagnosis of viral immunodeficiency in cats, depending on the severity of clinical signs of the disease, was studied. It has been established that the most common clinical signs at different stages of the development of FIV infection are signs of damage to the mucous membrane of the eyes and upper respiratory tract, and it can also be concluded that the use of laboratory diagnostic methods, especially PCR analysis, allows to determine the presence of the virus with high accuracy not only in the presence of a pronounced clinical picture of the disease, but can serve as an effective means of prenasal diagnosis of FIV infection |
