| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются надписи на древнегреческом языке, содержащие цитаты из Библии, на иконах и церковной утвари в некоторых храмах Республики Беларусь, приводится синодальный русский перевод этих надписей. Анализируется надпись на копии змеевика, хранящегося в музее Белорусской православной церкви. Приводятся варианты расшифровки и перевода надписи. Акцентируется важность изучения грекоязычного духовного наследия |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines inscriptions in ancient Greek containing quotations from the Bible on icons and church utensils in some temples of the Republic of Belarus, and provides a synodal Russian translation of these inscriptions. The inscription on a copy of the amulet-zmeevik kept in the museum of the Belarusian Orthodox Church is analyzed. The variants of decoding and translating the inscription are given. The importance of studying the Greek-speaking spiritual heritage is emphasized |
