| Abstract: | Замедление темпов инновационного развития производства требует разработки современных методологических подходов к формированию и использованию интеллектуального потенциала работников всех сфер деятельности. Эффективным направлением повышения инновационного функционирования является действие кластерных структур научных, учебных и производственных организаций для подготовки специалистов и разработки инновационных решений путем системной научно-исследовательской деятельности в рамках заданий государственных программ. |
