| Abstract: | Анализируются тенденции использования социальных технологий вестернизации и американизации в ходе осуществления стратегии панатлантизма, которая предполагает строительство однополярного мира, обеспечиваю щего мировую гегемонию США. Отмечается, что с распадом СССР, государства социалистической модели, вестернизация стала устойчивым трендом строительства глобального мира, в котором принципы финансово-экономической взаимозависимости определяются наиболее экономически и политически сильными игроками. Ведущим содержанием вестернизации выступает американизация – навязывание миру американских образцов социально-экономического и политического устройства. Отмечается, что одна из важнейших задач американизации мира состоит не в том, чтобы просто подчинить мир своему влиянию и распространить свои цивилизационные начала, а в том, чтобы использовать богатства покоряемых территорий в своих интересах. После распада СССР политика глобального гегемонизма США сводится к стремлению Америки быть лидером. При этом все попытки оздоровления внутриамериканской жизни, создания новых смыслов, определяющих поведение рядовых американцев, пока не принесли успеха. США демонстрируют неспособность осуществлять господствующую миссию лидерства. Для укрепления американской роли и западного сообщества в мире необходимо предпринять целый ряд новых усилий. Подчеркивается, что наметилось новое противостояние панатлантистов, составляющих меньшинство государств, и мирового большинства. Приводится мысль о том, что ускоренное развитие Китая в конце XX в. насторожило США. В начале XXI в. критика стала направляться и против России. Западные стратеги настаивают на том, что нельзя недооценивать стремление России защитить свой суверенитет. При этом пока ничто не указывает на изменение губительного для всего мира курса США. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyses the trends in the use of social technologies of Westernisation and Americanisation in the course of implementing the strategy of pan-Atlanticism, which involves the construction of a unipolar world that ensures the global hegemony of the USA. It is noted that with the collapse of the USSR, a state of the socialist mo del, Westernisation has become a stable trend in the construction of a global world in which the principles of financial and economic interdependence are determined by the most economically and politically powerful players. The leading content of Westerni sation is Americanisation – the imposition of American models of socio-economic and political structure on the world. It is noted that one of the most important tasks of the Americanisation of the world is not simply to subordinate the world to its influence and spread its civilisational principles, but to use the wealth of the conquered territories in its own interests. After the collapse of the USSR, the policy of global hegemony of the USA is reduced to the desire of America to be a leader. At the same time, all attempts to improve intra-American life, to create new meanings that determine the behaviour of ordinary Americans, have not yet brought success. The USA demonstrates an inability to car ry out the dominant mission of leadership. A whole series of new efforts must be made to strengthen the American role and the Western community in the world. It is emphasised that a new confrontation has emerged between the pan-Atlanticists, who constitute a minority of states, and the world majority. It is suggested that the accelerated development of China at the end of the 20 th century has alarmed the USA. At the beginning of the 21 st century, criticism began to be directed against Russia. Western strategists insist that Russia’s desire to protect its sovereignty should not be underestimated. At the same time, nothing so far indicates a change in the USA course, which is destructive for the entire world. |
