| Abstract: | В статье изучена оформившаяся в рамках китайской политической науки теория морального реализма, разработанная и концептуализированная известным китайским политологом Янь Сюэтуном. Теория морального реализма, как определено в результате проведенного исследования, отражает насущные тенденции политического развития Китайской Народной Республики после избрания главой государства Си Цзиньпина. Теория морального реализма оперирует категориями власти, морали, лидерства и баланса интересов, предлагает способы укрепления лидерских позиций государства с учетом конкурирующей среды международной политики. Данная теория продолжила и дополнила основы китайской политики «мягкой силы», определила механизмы реализации выгодной для Китая модели выстраивания отношений с глобальными акторами. В условиях трансформации мировой политической системы, активизации и диверсификации международных конфликтов теория морального реализма позволяет Китаю разработать с учетом собственной исторической, цивилизационной, политической идентичности действенный формат поступательного возвышения национальной мощи. В китайской политической стратегии эпохи Си Цзиньпина теоретические постулаты морального реализма воплотились в инициативе «Один пояс – один путь», сообществе единой судьбы человечества, культурной концепции Китая для «новой эпохи», а также в концепциях социализма с китайской спецификой в новую эпоху и мечты о великом возрождении китайской нации. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the theory of moral realism, which has emerged within the framework of Chinese political science and was developed and conceptualized by the famous Chinese political scientist Yan Xuetong. The theory of moral realism, as determined by the study, reflects the current trends in the political development of the People’s Republic of China after the election of Xi Jinping as the head of state. The theory of moral realism operates with the categories of power, morality, leadership and balance of interests, and offers ways to strengthen the leadership position of the state, taking into account the competitive environment of international politics. This theory continued and supplemented the foundations of China’s “soft power” policy of culture, and determined the mechanisms for implementing a model of building relations with global actors that is beneficial to China. In the context of the transformation of the world political system, the intensification and diversification of international conflicts, the theory of moral realism allows China to develop, taking into account its own historical, civilizational, and political identity, an effective format for the progressive enhancement of national power. In the Chinese political strategy of the Xi Jinping era, the theoretical postulates of moral realism have been embodied in the Belt and Road Initiative, the community with a shared future for mankind, the cultural concept of China for the “new era”, as well as in the concepts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the dream of the great revival of the Chinese nation. |
