| Abstract: | Обоснована роль Китая и Японии как значимых игроков в системе региональной безопасности Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона. Доказано, что взаимодействие между ними, несмотря на противоречивость, имеет положительную динамику. Выделены этапы в эволюции двухсторонних отношений в современную эпоху, раскрыто их содержание. Рассмотрены особенности дипломатических, экономических и военно-стратегических аспектов китайско-японского взаимодействия в современную эпоху, а также роль еще двух ключевых акторов – России и США, других стран региона. Особое внимание уделяется территориальным спорам, их влиянию на региональные альянсы и политику. Анализируются совместные усилия Пекина и Токио по созданию механизмов для деэскалации конфликтов и обеспечения стабильности в регионе. Подчеркнуто значение персональной дипломатии политических лидеров КНР и Японии, дано обоснование их позиций, исходя из национальных интересов своих стран. Акцентируется внимание на том, что отношения между двумя странами сложны и многогранны, являясь, вместе с тем, важным элементом в поддержании стабильности и прогресса в Восточной Азии. Оба партнера понимают важность поддержания диалога и сотрудничества для обеспечения мира и безопасности в регионе, несмотря на очевидную геополитическую конкуренцию. |
| Abstract (in another language): | China and Japan are significant players in the regional security system of the Asia-Pacific region, while interaction between them has a positive dynamic, despite a number of contradictions. The authors identified the stages in the evolution of bilateral relations between China and Japan in the modern era, and revealed their content. There are considered the features of diplomatic, economic, and militarystrategic aspects of Sino-Japanese cooperation in the modern era, as well as the role of two more key actors – Russia and the United States, and other countries in the region. Special attention is paid to territorial disputes and their impact on regional alliances and politics. The joint eff orts of Beijing and Tokyo to create mechanisms to de-escalate conflicts and ensure stability in the region are also analyzed. The authors emphasize the importance of personal diplomacy of the political leaders of China and Japan, as well as provide a justification for their positions based on the national interests of their countries. The article focuses on the fact that the relations between the two countries are complex and multifaceted, at the same time they are an important element in maintaining stability and progress in East Asia. Both partners understand the importance of maintaining dialogue and cooperation to ensure peace and security in the region, despite the obvious geopolitical competition. |
